A big ‘well done’ to all the Under 9 boys who played in the Painswick festival on Sunday 14^th.  The match against Frocester B had all the tension of the Ashes Test!  Frocester set a target of (2)71 runs and our team scored the boundary on the last ball to tie the match; a just result for both teams who played some great cricket. The wins against Frocester A and Painswick reinforced how well our lads have come on this season under the guidance of Justin Hodges and his able assistants .

But the final opportunity this season involves the Mum’s & Dads.  We’ll finish up this Wednesday (17^th) with Boys vs Parents. Please remember to wear training shoes. Given the numbers and a short awards ceremony at the end of the evening, we might need to run on a bit to about 7.15pm. Hopefully that’ll be OK for everyone.
