We are now past the mid season point.  Here is a brief look at the stats so far:

Leagues Tables:

1st XI – Gloucestershire County League Div 4

The first team sit just above the relegation zone in this very tight league, having won 4 and lost 5.

2nd XI – Stroud District Cricket League – Div 2

The second team remain unbeaten and sit comfortably at the top of their league.

Bowling

Captaincy obviously agrees with our bowlers with both skippers leading the way in the wicket tacking  tables:

As an aside to this Jaime Waring is currently the number one wicket taker in Division 4 and is also in the top10 of the whole county league bowlers.  Ben Pitman tops the whole of the Stroud League averages:

Batting

Second XI batsmen lead the way after some excellent performances so far this season.  Young Matt Hole tops the run scoring for the club whilst Simon Penn has the frankly ridiculous average of 241 after his 183 not out against Hawkesbury Upton. Phil Stephens currently tops the 1st team averages with 32.

Fielding

Super-fielder Jack Cartledge leads the way this season with 6 wickets.
