The groundsman would like to report that the square was safely put to bed in early October with the help of Eric and Rich Woodmason, and due to the favourable growing conditions is already looking very green and in need of a cut!
Whilst this (see above) all seems like a long time ago, that very same tractor was gang mowing our outfield last week because the grass is still growing. December 3rd!
PS: Steve Hoops has a new knee. Back in contention for opening bowler slot come May!
